A Blog Milestone

The blog's logo.
Last week, December 3, 2020 "They used to call me Pointdexter" passed 200,000 pageviews!

I noticed a few weeks ago that the milestone was coming up, but it's great when it happens.

Thank you!

Your frequent stops to read something here is appreciated.  I must say you demonstrate remarkable taste and the self-confidence to read pages less traveled.

This site has never come close to going viral.  Right now no one wants to be viral, unless you have a cute 6 second video of a kitten jumping on a pogo stick.

This website has slowly climbed the hill because you drop in a few minutes a day or binge-read about lighthouses or covered bridges.  I don't recall if I had any readership goal when I started this in July, 2012 but it didn't take long before my goal became reaching 20 pageviews for every post.

Since the last time I wrote about other readership statistics the Top 10 has changed a bit and all 10 have more than 100 views!
