On my birthday, a friend gave me some candy, including a Whatchamacallit bar.
I don't recall every having one before. Since it was introduced in 1978 (when I turned 15), I'm pretty sure I never tried it.
When I read that it features peanut-flavored crisp rice and a layer of chewy caramel, it sounded like something I would like.
The texture reminded me of a 100 Grand Bar with peanut flavor.
The king size bar was substantial enough that it helped fill my need for energy during the last hour going home.
It may have been my first Whatchamacallit, it won't be my last.
