Use this nudge to do that thing that you've had an itch to do right now. Figure what it's going to take to get things going then take the first step, followed by the second, and so on.
Maybe it's a task at work, but more likely it's a personal dream or goal. If you want to ride 100 miles in a day, get the bike tuned up, then start riding a little at a time until your stamina and endurance can go the distance.
Judge the why of your dream, what makes it important and how will you feel when you reach the milestone.
It's the day to get started, the command practically leaps from the page.
Leap into action, and don't limit yourself to just one project or one goal, you can be a difference maker in your own life, for your family, and community. Today is the day to start.
You can do it, put one foot in front of the other and MARCH!
Another milestone observed this day is known as Mardis Gras or Fat Tuesday, the last day before Ash Wednesday and the first of 40 days of Lent.
Lent is a period of prayer, fasting, and self-examination as Christians recognize Jesus' life and ministry as He was obeyed the law perfectly, which we can't do, and paid the price for our sin, which we can't do either. At the end of the season, we look forward to Easter, where we see Christ triumphant over sin, death, and the devil so all who believe in Him are saved.
