Kansas City beat San Fransisco 25 - 22 in overtime, establishing their team worthy to be considered a dynasty (3 titles in 5 years).
The 49ers have a better team. The Chiefs have a better quarterback. While brief, that covers game analysis. Add a much-improved Kansas City defense and it's difficult to understand how it was so close.
The football season ends just two days before pitchers and catchers report to training camp and just two weeks before the NFL season begins with a camp to look at top players available to select in the spring draft.
I enjoyed watching the game from start to finish. Football will return in late August. I'm looking forward to seeing the Packers get father in the playoffs.
It's always commercial season with the big game considered a coming out party. I paid close attention to the 25 in-game commercial breaks, although I didn't consider movie trailers as Super Bowl commercials.
A couple random notes about the 'spots.' Dan Marino was in two of the commercials, not bad for a QB who played in 1985's Super Bowl. I liked the combination of Arnold and Danny DeVito in the State Farm ad and can anyone get enough of Mt. T?
