It's September

Thirty days hath September...

The month bridges summer into fall over thirty days that generally experiences an 11 degree drop in the daily high and low temperature.

It's my favorite month - known as the month when a number of imaginative, creative people were born - days that are warm not hot, treasured because they are vanishing.

It's warm enough to get outside and enjoy the day and cool enough a quilt feels good against the evening chill.

If you live in the right part of the world, you don't need heat or air conditioning.  Days get cloudier as the weather changes.

September is the reason many people live in Wisconsin, it redeems the bitter cold and desolate days in January with a laugh and a smile.

September days are precious because there are only 30. Like a box of chocolates, you don't know what you're going to get.

Rainy - sunny - warm - cool, sometimes the quartet performs on the same day!

As we transition from the heat of summer to the cold of winter, it's a great idea to treasure and enjoy the 720 hours of September.
