What a great game!  It started a bit ragged, but Milwaukee couldn't be denied as they followed their 26-year old leader and phenom Giannis Antetokounmpo to a fourth straight win after losing the first two games of the best of seven series.

This Bucks team had a resiliency and determination that fueled coming back from a two game deficit against the Brooklyn Nets; losing the first game in the series with Atlanta in the Eastern Conference Finals; and falling in the first two games to Phoenix.  They won at home in games three and four, staged a remarkable win in Phoenix for game five then with a packed house of 20,000 and more than 50,000 cheering outside the building fought off a tough opponent to earn the crown of champion.

Giannis was named the Finals MVP, which makes sense.  In game five of the Atlanta series he suffered an injury, hyperextending his left knee, that was immediately thought to end this season and likely keep him off the court next season.  Instead he missed just two games against Atlanta that his teammates won; then proved he was the best player on the court in the title game.

Giannis isn't a one-man team - Kris Middleton, Jrue Holiday, Brook Lopez, PJ Tucker, Pat Connoughton, Bobby Portis, and Jeff Teague were the other players who saw most of the action in the Finals - but others on the bench and the guys who played for the Bucks the past few seasons all have a hand in the development and maturation of world champs.  It's AWESOME!
