The crops are growing.

Hay was cut for the first of what farmers hope is at least three cuttings.

It's the time when spring turns into summer.

Days get longer.  Light creeps across the bedroom window at 5 o'clock in the morning.  In the morning!

We had our warmest weather of the season this past weekend as temps reached the upper 80s.

Hot enough for people to complain.

It's a time of promise and a time to wait.

Spring plants seeds in our minds and hearts.

We hope and dream those summer seeds grow into fabulous family vacations; bucket list check marks; and special summer memories.
