Game 11 - Philadelphia

That was more like it.

Whew!

About time!!

Green Bay Packers 27 Philadelphia Eagles 13 pulls Green Bay's record up to 5 wins and 6 losses.

More than the win was how the team looked, especially on offense.

Just what the doctor ordered for a beleaguered bunch of Packer faithful (and those on the fence) as Aaron Rodgers spun his best game of the year and the offense played a 60 minute game, leading from start to finish.

Green Bay marched down the field on its opening drive which drained more than 5 minutes from the clock and ended with the ball in the hands of Davante Adams as he crossed the goal line.

Touchdown number 2 was another pass to Adams, this one threaded perfectly into his arms and missing by inches the arms of the defender.

Philadelphia's only touchdown was sandwiched between those scores and it looked like a shoot-out in the making, but slowly Green Bay's defense found its footing.

Clay Matthews was on the field and so was cornerback Damarious Randalll who last played in the second game of the season.  Those two guys seemed to re-balance the field and by the second half the defense didn't resemble the sieve it looked like the past three games.

Eight Packers caught passes from Rodgers.  Punter Jake Schum kicked just once and that ball landed on the Eagle's one yard line.  Ha-Ha Clinton-Dix intercepted Carson Wentz in the first half.  4 Packer sacks.

There are five more games to play.  The key question is, will the team we saw on the field Monday Night be the same team we see for the rest of the season?

If it is, this team has the opportunity to go on a run and right the ship.

Next up, back home to face the Houston Texans in Lambeau Field.  Go Pack, Go!
