Bulaga, Daniels, Bakhtiari, and Nelson.  It's not the newest law firm in Green Bay, unfortunately, they are four of the regular starters sidelined before last night's contest with Atlanta or took the bench shortly after it started.

Atlanta played well on both sides of the ball, so it probably didn't make a difference.  On the other hand, it sure didn't help.

Atlanta marched through the Packer defense on its first possession which reminded me of January's NFC Championship game.

Aaron Rodgers responded in kind, with Ty Montgomery running it in to tie it up at the end of a 7 minute drive.

After that, it was all Falcons, leading 24 - 7 at halftime.

Davon House and Randall Cobb were standing on the sideline due to injury during the second half.

There was a little late life for Green Bay as the team put up two touchdowns and a field goal.  A couple penalties didn't help, but the hole was pretty deep by that time anyway.

The Packer quarterback reached a career milestone and set NFL records as the fastest to 300 touchdown passes and getting to the mark with fewer than 100 interceptions against him.  Win the game and its icing on the cake - earn it in a defeat and fans are asking, like Peggy Lee, "Is that all there is?"

In a 16 game season, every game is magnified - wins and losses.  Last Monday, fans were booking rooms in Minneapolis for the Super Bowl.  This morning, some of those same Packer Backers are wondering if they have a chance next week with the Bengals coming to town.

Rapid recovery from some of these injuries would sure help.  Cincinnati versus 1 - 1 Green Bay, Sunday at 3:25.  Let's go Packers.
