One of the boxes on the menu pointed out that the pizza-makers don't shape the pie until it's ordered and they refuse to rush the pizza from the oven or their guests from their table.

I don't think any waiter or waitress ever returned to my table during a meal to check on whether the food was amazing or not.That friendly style throughout the Roman Candle elevated lunch to a dining experience.
The topper, and a good reason to save a little bit of room after the main course, is that Roman Candle has a selection of Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream. Chocolate Shoppe is another special place in and around Madison (maybe it's why I see so many people running and riding bikes, so they can have another scoop of Chocolate Shoppe).
My suggestion to end your Roman Candle meal with a bang - Zanzibar Chocolate - it's perfect.
